When my family first went gluten-free it was thankfully just after Halloween.
I’m not sure I could have managed to keep the girls safe with a holiday all about excess sugar and foods.
But thankfully there are many people who will share lists of safe candies each year, making the process just a bit easier for all.
I’ve included other allergen safe lists here this year. So many of my patients have multiple allergies it just seems too limiting to hold the information to just gluten-free.
